OVERVIEW Welcome to Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving. We operate this store to provide you with custom laser-engraved products. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS All products are custom laser-engraved and made to order. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from screen representations due to natural wood grain variations and device display settings. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Because production begins immediately upon order receipt, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship within the United States only. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once we transfer your order to the carrier.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on our store, including designs, images, text, and graphics, is owned by Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS Our store may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them, your use of this website, or any purchases made through this store shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Livingston County, Michigan. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Livingston County, Michigan.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All personalized and custom-engraved items are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate information including spelling, names, dates, and any other details submitted at the time of order. Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If a proof is provided prior to production, the customer must review and approve it before engraving begins.
Production & Shipping Timeframes
All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. This production time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit times. During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be extended — we will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property & Customer-Submitted Content
By submitting logos, images, text, or other content for engraving, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use such content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from customer-supplied content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the item(s) in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue mediation in good faith before proceeding to litigation. Any litigation shall be brought exclusively in Livingston County, Michigan, as outlined in the Governing Law section above.
Material & Color Variation
Our products are crafted from natural wood and other organic materials. Due to the nature of these materials, there may be slight variations in grain, texture, color, and appearance from the photos shown on our website. These natural variations are not defects and are part of what makes each piece unique and handcrafted. We are not responsible for variations that are inherent to the natural materials used.
Force Majeure
Precision Pulls Custom Laser Engraving shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, power outages, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to fulfill your order at the earliest opportunity.
Order Cancellation
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations are accepted until production has begun. Once we have started making your item, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address]. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its current production status.
