Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need help creating something unique, we're happy to work with you.

How long does production take?

Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer — we'll confirm your timeline when we receive your request.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because every item is built to order, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your details before submitting!

Placing a Custom Order

Ready to order something one-of-a-kind? Email us at precisionpullslaserengraving@gmail.com with the following details so we can get started:

Item type — sign, ornament, coaster, bookmark, key hanger, cross, etc.
Size — if you have a specific size in mind
Material — wood, cork, slate (where applicable)
Text to engrave — exactly as you'd like it to appear, including capitalization
Quantity — how many you need
Date needed — especially important for gifts or events
Any reference images — logos, fonts, or design inspiration you'd like us to consider
