Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only.

Production Time Because every item is custom-made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. This includes cutting, painting, assembly, and finishing. Orders are not shipped until production is fully complete.

Shipping Time Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at precisionpullslaserengraving@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
